Job Description:
- Support the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process to identify and develop top talent within the organization, aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain HR data to inform leadership development initiatives, including succession planning and targeted leadership development programs.
- Participate in performance management processes and policy development, facilitating quality improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Research and contribute to the development of performance management training programs, focusing on addressing organizational priorities and improving workforce performance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies, leveraging HR analytics to optimize the recruiting process and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage the performance management system, including job descriptions, performance standards, and evaluation instruments, to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Promote equal employment opportunity, diversity, and inclusion within the organization, supporting the company’s diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
- Conduct presentations and training sessions to educate employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure that talent management and performance management initiatives are aligned with operational and programmatic goals, driving efficiencies and effectiveness across the organization.
- Collaborate with the HRIS manager to collect and analyze HR data, translating insights into actionable plans that drive organizational improvement and enhance decision-making.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or related HR roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Certification in HR analytics or related field is a plus.
