Job Description:

  1. Support the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process to identify and develop top talent within the organization, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  2. Collect, analyze, and maintain HR data to inform leadership development initiatives, including succession planning and targeted leadership development programs.
  3. Participate in performance management processes and policy development, facilitating quality improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  4. Research and contribute to the development of performance management training programs, focusing on addressing organizational priorities and improving workforce performance.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies, leveraging HR analytics to optimize the recruiting process and ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Develop and maintain programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  7. Manage the performance management system, including job descriptions, performance standards, and evaluation instruments, to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  8. Promote equal employment opportunity, diversity, and inclusion within the organization, supporting the company’s diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
  9. Conduct presentations and training sessions to educate employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  10. Ensure that talent management and performance management initiatives are aligned with operational and programmatic goals, driving efficiencies and effectiveness across the organization.
  11. Collaborate with the HRIS manager to collect and analyze HR data, translating insights into actionable plans that drive organizational improvement and enhance decision-making.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or related HR roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Certification in HR analytics or related field is a plus.
